利用铁路桩基钻渣烧制陶粒

【摘要】 以铁路桩基钻渣、压滤泥、车间泥为原料,结合三元相图和原料的粒度分析、化学成分、矿物成分、热重分析,考察了其制备陶粒的烧成制度,然后进行小试和中试,测试陶粒性能指标、重金属含量、浸出毒性。原料配比烧制陶粒试验表明,在100 g车间泥中掺入10~40 g钻渣,于1250℃烧制10 min,均可得到密度等级为200的轻质陶粒。陶粒重金属浸出结果表明,所有重金属元素均未超过GB 5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准浸出毒性鉴别》中的限值。在车间泥∶桩基钻渣=5∶1的比例下中试得到陶粒的堆积密度为266 kg/m3,密度等级为300,筒压强度为0.9 MPa、1 h吸水率为5.4%,符合GB/T 17431.1—2010《轻集料及其试验方法第1部分:轻集料》标准中的要求,且中试后的陶粒可用于加气混凝土的制备,具有显著的推广应用价值。
【Abstract】 Using drill residue of railway pile foundation, filtration mud and workshop mud as raw materials, combined with ternary phase diagram and particle size analysis, chemical composition, mineral composition and thermogravimetric analysis of raw materials, the sintering system of ceramsite preparation was investigated, and then small and pilot tests were carried out to test ceramsite performance indexes, heavy metal content and leaching toxicity. The test of ceramsite sintering by mixing 10 ~ 40 g drill slag into 100g workshop mud and firing at 1250 ℃ for 10 min, light ceramsite with density grade of 200 can be obtained.The results of heavy metal leaching from pottery showed that all heavy metal elements did not exceed the limits in the Hazardous Waste Identification Standard leaching Toxicity Identification( GB 5085. 3—2007). Under the ratio of workshop mud to pile drilling slag = 5 ∶1, the pile-based drilling slag of the pilot test, the bulk density of ceramsite is 266 kg/m3, the density grade is 300, the cylinder pressure strength is 0. 9 MPa, and the water absorption rate in 1 hour is 5. 4%, which is in line with " Light Aggregates and Test Methods part 1: Light aggregate "(GB/T 17431. 1—2010) in the standard requirements, and the pilot test after the ceramsite can be used for the preparation of aerated concrete, has significant promotion and application value.
