【摘要】 本文以中国知网数据库收录的656篇中文核心期刊论文为研究对象,利用文献分析软件Citespace,通过关键词聚类图表以及时间区视图可视化分析近十年来城市更新领域的研究热点和趋势前沿。同时依托于文献,以搜集到的20个城市更新成功案例为样本,应用扎根理论研究方法,经过开放、主轴、选择三级编码,从社会、组织和项目三个层次总结城市更新项目关键成功因素,包括经济发展、社会环境、地域文化、政府角色、企业实力、第三方支持、居民参与和项目管理,梳理各因素之间的逻辑关系,构建关键成功因素模型,并对未来的城市更新提出相应的建议和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,we take 656 Chinese core journal articles included in the China National Knowledge Internet Database as the research object,and use the literature analysis software Citespace to analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field of urban renewal in the past ten years by using the keyword analysis chart and time zone view visualization analysis.At the same time,relying on the literature,taking the collected 20 urban renewal success cases as samples,applying grounded theory research methods,and opening,main axis,and selecting three-level coding,summing up the key success factors of urban renewal projects from three levels of society,organization,and project,including economic development,social environment,regional culture,government role,corporate strength,third-party support,resident participation,and project management,sorting out the logical relationships between factors,constructing key success factor models,and proposing corresponding future urban updates suggestions and outlook.更多还原
