哈尔滨水塔的价值挖掘与再利用探究

【摘要】 水塔是哈尔滨独特的工业景观,蕴含深刻的城市记忆。2019年哈尔滨出台政策要求拆除历史遗迹、文化遗产之外的所有废弃闲置水塔,城市工业痕迹面临严重破坏。本文首先系统梳理了哈尔滨水塔的发展脉络并进行类型分析,结合实地调研、问卷调查、专家访谈等综合分析方法,建立哈尔滨水塔的基本信息数据;继而选取19座典型水塔案例进行深入探寻,挖掘水塔特色价值、论证水塔保护再利用的必要性与可行性;最后以量化的价值评价结果为依据,提出哈尔滨水塔的适宜更新策略。本文探究哈尔滨水塔的价值评价与再利用,旨为促进废旧水塔的存量盘活,进而唤起城市记忆的保留意识、延续工业城市的文化底蕴。

【Abstract】 Water towers are unique industrial landscapes in Harbin,which contain profound urban memories.In 2019,Harbin issued a policy requiring the demolition of all abandoned and idle water towers except historical sites and cultural heritage,and the industrial traces of the city faced serious damage.This paper firstly systematically sorted out the development of Harbin water towers and carried out type analysis,established basic information data of Harbin water towers combined with field research,questionnaire survey,expert interview and other comprehensive analysis methods,then selected 19 typical water towers for in-depth exploration,excavated the characteristic value of water towers and demonstrated the necessity and feasibility of protection and reuse;finally,based on the results of quantitative value evaluation,the appropriate renewal strategies of Harbin water tower were put forward.The purpose of this paper is to explore the value evaluation and reuse of Harbin water tower,so as to promote the revitalization of wasted water towers,arouse the retention consciousness of the city′s memories and continue the cultural heritage of the industrial city.
