基于权值校正的稀土萃取过程的MPC-PID串级控制

【摘要】 针对稀土元素生产仍然采取主观性强的手动调节,经验控制的现状,本文提出一种基于模糊推理权值校正的MPC-PID串级控制进行流量控制。首先,串级控制不仅能很好的抑制扰动,而且,外环的MPC具有对模型要求低,适用于多变量对象,处理带约束能力强等优势,采用滚动优化技术能有效地克服时滞问题。另外,针对由于稀土萃取存在大滞后性,强耦合,多变量,非线性等难题,导致现在没有一个可以参考的稀土萃取完整的状态空间模型。所以,对萃取机理分析得到高阶非线性动态模型,经过假设近似简化,使用分块矩阵建立其状态空间模型。本文模型能够很好地反映整个过程,概念清晰,进一步挖掘机理建模地潜在价值。同时,通过对MPC理论分析,建立规则,对其中的输出误差权值矩阵进行模糊校正。最后,考虑了实际情况下的输入输出约束,测试了在干扰条件下,相较于无约束MPC和权值固定的MPC-PID,综合各因素,所提方法的仿真结果最优。

【Abstract】 As for the present situation that the production of rare earth elements still adopts subjective manual regulation and experience control,this paper proposes a kind of MPC-PID cascade control based on fuzzy reasoning weight correction for flow control.First of all,cascade control can not only restrain disturbance well,but also MPC of outer loop has the advantages of low model requirements,suitable for multivariable objects,strong ability to deal with constraints.And the receding optimization technology can effectively overcome the problem of time delay.In addition,there is no complete state space model of rare earth extraction for reference at present due to the large lag,strong coupling,multivariate character and nonlinear problems in rare earth extraction.Therefore,a high-order nonlinear dynamic model was obtained by analyzing the extraction mechanism and its state space model was established by using block matrix after approximate simplification of the hypothesis.The model that whose concept is clear in this paper can well reflect the whole process and further explore the potential value of mechanism modeling.At the same time,analyzing the MPC theory to establish rules,the output error weight matrix was designed by fuzzy correction.Finally,considering the input and output constraints in the actual situation,the simulation results of the proposed method under the disturbance condition are the best,comparing with the unconstrained MPC and the MPC-PID with fixed weight.
