【摘要】 动物与人类关系密切,随着人们饲养宠物已成为社会潮流,动物致伤的发生率非常高,我国每年约有4000万人被犬猫咬伤。野外动物致伤同样频繁发生,如毒蛇咬伤、蚂蚁咬伤、胡蜂蜇伤、海蜇蜇伤、蝎子蜇伤、猴咬伤等动物致伤事件屡屡报道,据统计每年超过30万人被毒蛇咬伤。不同的动物致伤伤口因致伤方式、毒素性质等不同,需采取差异化处理方式。正确快速的伤口处理是动物致伤处理的首要问题。目前国内除犬咬伤、海蛰蜇伤、蛇咬伤极少数有诊疗规范,其它鲜有权威、专业、统一的动物致伤诊疗规范可供临床参考,导致治疗延迟,伤口迁延不愈,并发严重感染、过敏性休克、中毒,引起多器官功能衰竭,甚至死亡,造成心理疾病。本文总结常见的犬、蛇、蜂、河豚鱼、蜈蚣、蝎子、海蜇、猴、鼠、蚂蚁致伤伤口特点及处理相关研究,旨在帮助相关临床工作人员提高动物致伤伤口规范化处理水平,及非专业医学人员在遇到动物伤害时可以有意识进行快速有效处理,提高临床治愈率,最大程度降低各种并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a close relationship between animals and humans. With people raising pets has become a social trend, the incidence of animal injuries is higher and higher. Every year, 40 million people in our country are bitten by cats and dogs. Injuries to wild animals like poisonous snake bites, ant bites, wasp stings, jellyfish stings,scorpion stings, monkey bites and other animal injuries. According to statistics, more than 300 000 people are bitten by poisonous snakes every year. Different animals treat the wound differently due to the different ways of a wound and the nature of toxin. Correct and fast wound management is the primary problem in animal wound management.At present, there are only dog bite, jellyfish sting and snake bite diagnosis and treatment norms in China and few authoritative, professional and unified diagnosis and treatment norms for animal injury for clinical reference,resulting in delayed treatment, delayed wound healing, severe infection, anaphylactic shock, poisoning, multiple organ failure and even death, resulting in psychological diseases. For the second time, this paper summarizes the characteristics and treatment of the wounds caused by dogs, snakes, bees, pufferfish, centipedes, scorpions, jellyfish,monkeys, mice and ants, aiming to help doctors improve the treatment level of the wounds caused by different animals, and non professional medical personnel can consciously deal with animal injuries quickly and effectively to standardize the clinical operation and improve the clinical cure rate and decline the complications.更多还原
