TPM电磁兼容分析与优化软件设计

【摘要】 由于TPM高密度集成和千伏级工作电压要求,模块内部的电磁兼容问题尤为突出。本文采用C#编程语言以及VBA宏语言,实现了一款电磁仿真分析与优化的软件设计,并通过电路输出纹波研究验证了其对模块内行波管相位稳定度的影响并给出改进意见,对TPM电磁兼容设计具有指导意义。
【Abstract】 Due to the high-density integration of TPM and the requirement of kilowatt-level working voltage,the electromagnetic compatibility within the module is particularly prominent.In this paper,C#programming language and VBA macro language are used to realize an electromagnetic simulation analysis and optimization design platform.The influence of the circuit output ripple on the phase stability of the traveling wave tube in the module is verified and the improvement suggestions are given,which has guiding significance for the electromagnetic compatibility design of TPM.
