【摘要】 目的:探讨渝东北某区新冠肺炎易感人群及其疾病流行规律。方法:采用回顾性调查与描述流行病学方法,收集整理2020年1月19日至2月25日118例(其中4例死亡)新冠肺炎疫情资料,分析其不同时间、不同地区、不同人群三间分布,统计其发病率、患病率、死亡率、罹病率等。结果:人群对2019-nCOV普通易感,新冠肺炎发病率、患病率、死亡率分别为6.74/10万、患病率0.49%、死亡率0.23/10万。发病时间以1月为主罹病率25.71%;地区输入性49.38%,城市21.46%;人群男性15.88%,～50岁组20.63%,厨师42.86%。不同时间、不同地区、不同人群(职业)新冠肺炎病例罹病情况之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:人群对2019-nCOV普遍易感,输入病例主要来自武汉或湖北,城市高于农村,冬秋季疫情防控要以外来中年厨师与个体经营者等人群为重点,防止或杜绝新冠肺炎在该地再次流行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the susceptible population of coronavirus disease 2019 and the epidemic characteristics of the disease in a certain area of northeast Chongqing.Methods retrospective investigation and descriptive epidemiological methods were collected and sorted out the data of 118 cases(including 4 deaths) of new coronary pneumonia from January 19 to February 25,2020,and analyze three distributions at different times,regions,and populations Calculate the incidence,prevalence,mortality,morbidity,etc.Results The population was generally susceptible to 2019-nCOV.The incidence,prevalence,and mortality of new coronary pneumonia were 6.74 per 100,000,prevalence 0.49%,and mortality 0.23 per 100,000.The onset time was mainly in January.The attack rate was 25.71%;the regional imported were 49.38%,the urban were 21.46%;the population male were 15.88%,the 50y group were 20.63%,and the chef were 42.86%.There are statistically significant differences in the incidence of new coronary pneumonia cases at times,regions and occupations(P<0.05).Conclusion The population were generally susceptible to 2019-nCOV.The imported cases were mainly from Wuhan or Hubei,and the cities are more In rural areas,the prevention and control of the epidemic in winter and autumn should focus on people such as middle-aged chefs and self-employed personnel to prevent or eliminate the recurrence of new coronary pneumonia in the region.更多还原
