重庆市某区留守儿童青春期知信行与心理弹性的关系研究

【摘要】 目的探讨重庆市某区留守儿童青春期知信行与心理弹性的关系,为开展留守儿童青春期健康教育提供依据。方法采用青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)和自编青春期知信行调查问卷对重庆市某区1415名4-9年级留守儿童进行调查。结果留守女生的心理弹性水平明显高于留守男生,初中留守儿童的心理弹性水平明显高于小学留守儿童(P值均<0.01)。与父母联系频率越多、父母关系越好、家庭经济状况越好、接受民主型教养方式的留守儿童心理弹性的水平越高(P值均<0.05)。青春期知信行对留守儿童目标专注(B=0.106,SE=0.012,P<0.001)、情绪控制(B=0.066,SE=0.013,P<0.001)、积极认知(B=0.091,SE=0.010,P<0.001)、家庭支持(B=0.052,SE=0.011,P<0.001)、人际协助(B=0.094,SE=0.014,P<0.001)及总心理弹性(B=0.410,SE=0.036,P<0.001)有正向预测作用。结论青春期知信行是留守儿童心理弹性的保护性因素,加强留守儿童青春期健康教育将有助于提高其心理弹性水平。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between adolescent knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP) and resilience in Chinese left-behind children,and provide the basis to develop the adolescent health education. Methods 1415left-behind children from grade 4-9 was investigated through the self-designed Adolescent KAP Questionnaire and Adolescent Resilience Scale. Results Male and middle school students had better resilence than female and primary school students in left-behind children(P<0.01); the left-behind children with harmonious relationship between parents, richer family economic status and democratic parenting style obtained greater resilence(P<0.05), and adolescent KAP had positive prediction on target concentration(B=0.106,SE=0.012,P<0.001), emotional control(B=0.066,SE=0.013,P<0.001), positive cognition(B=0.091,SE=0.010,P<0.001), family support(B=0.052,SE=0.011,P<0.001), interpersonal assistance(B=0.094,SE=0.014,P<0.001)and total resilience(B=0.410,SE=0.036,P<0.001) of left-behind children. Conclusion Adolescent KAP is a protective factor on resilence of left-behind children, therefore,enhancing the adolescent health education could be helpful to improve the resilience of left-behind children.
