【摘要】 目的:了解化粪池管道破裂引起农村居民饮用水突发污染事件情况,客观科学分析应急处置措施,为杜绝类似事件发生提供参考依据和技术支持。方法:依据2017年7月25日水质污染疫情报告,收集整理万州区CDC与开州区CDC开展环境卫生学调查、流行病学调查、水样监测,以及病人临床表现等资料,对此事件应急处置措施采用描述性分析。结果:此起事件系某化粪池管道破裂污染农村居民区饮用水质所致。出厂水及末梢水总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌均分别超标>200.5MPN/100mL、>1600MPN/100mL、>200.5MPN/100mL,罹患率56.52%,立即仃止供水,疫情迅速得到控制。结论:农村居民区作为人群集聚地,特别是农村避暑居民区,其生活饮用水安全问题应引起高度关注,一旦水质被污染则会影响和危及居民身体健康与生命安全,立即切断污染来源及救治病人是应急处置饮用水污染事件的首要措施和任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the situation of sudden pollution caused by the rupture of septic tank pipeline in rural residents drinking water,objective and scientific analysis of emergency measures to provide a reference and technical support for the prevention of similar incidents.Methods:Based on the report of water pollution epidemic on July 25,2017.We took measures to use descriptive analysis for disposal measures of environmental hygiene investigation,epidemiological investigation,water sample monitoring and patient clinical manifestations collected by the CDC of Wanzhou District and Kaizhou District.Results:This incident was caused by the rupture of a septic tank pipe which polluted the drinking water quality in rural residential areas.The total coliforms,heat-resistant coliform bacteria and escherichia coli in the ex-factory water and the terminal water were respectively over 200.5MPN/100mL,>1600MPN/100mL,>200.5MPN/100mL,and the attack rate was 56.52%.The outbreak was quickly brought under control.Conclusion:Rural residential areas as a gathering place for people,especially rural summer residential areas which should pay more attention to their drinking water safety issues.Once the water quality is polluted,they will affect and endanger the health and safety of residents.We should immediately cut off sources of pollution and treatment the patients which are the first measures and tasks of emergency treatment of drinking water pollution.更多还原
