基于非线性接触分析的海上浮式结构物连接器销轴强度研究

【摘要】 海上浮式结构物销轴连接器结构强度的分析较为重要。因此,本文以海上浮式结构物销轴连接器为研究对象,基于非线性接触计算方法,考虑材料的非线性效应,采用不同屈服强度的材料对该销轴连接器结构进行强度分析。计算结果表明:该连接器整体VonMises应力不大,但在约束轴承内圈、加载轴承内圈以及销轴与约束端轴承接触处三处明显高应力区域,应该加以重视;在分析销轴连接器的强度问题时,采用考虑材料非线性效应的非线性接触算法是较为合理的。因此,本文的研究结果为海上结构物销轴连接器结构的安全分析提供相关理论研究基础。

【Abstract】 The analysis of the structural strength of the pin connector of the marine floating structure is important. Therefore,the connector of marine floating structure was taken as the research object, and based on the effect of nonlinear materials and the calculation method of nonlinear contact, materials with different yield strengths are used to analyze the strength of structure of the pin connector. The results show that although the whole VonMises stresses of the connector are little, but the inside of the constraint bearing、the inside of the loading bearing and the contact position between the pin and the constraint bearing are obviously the areas of high stresses, and it should be taken seriously; and it is more reasonable to use the effect of nonlinear materials and the algorithm of nonlinear contact when analyzing the strength of the pin connector. The research results of this paper provide the relevant foundation of theoretical research for the safety analysis of structure of connectors for marine structures.
