德州乌头驴与三粉驴血液与被毛矿物元素浓度的比较分析

【摘要】 本论文主要对德州乌头驴和三粉驴的血液与被毛中矿物元素浓度的差异进行了比较分析,评价其矿物质营养状况,为对日粮中的矿物质更好地进行针对性补充提供理论依据。试验采用单因子完全随机试验设计,选择泌乳阶段相似的健康三粉驴和乌头驴各12头,饲喂相同的日粮,采集血液和被毛样本用于矿物元素分析。结果表明:乌头驴血清中K、Mg、Zn、Mn和Cr的含量显著高于三粉驴(P<0.05),Cu、Mo和Cd含量显著低于三粉驴(P=0.016,P=0.005,P<0.0001)。乌头驴被毛中K、Mo、Cr含量显著高于三粉驴(P=0.009,P=0.001,P<0.0001),Fe、Zn和Se含量正好相反(P=0.003,P<0.0001,P<0.0001)。可见,德州乌头驴与三粉驴在血液与被毛的矿物元素浓度方面存在一定差异性。

【Abstract】 This thesis mainly compares and analyzes the difference of mineral element concentration in blood and hair of Dezhou black-head donkey and three-pink donkey, in order to suitably supplement the minerals in the diet.The trial adopted a single-factor completely randomized trial design, 12 healthy three-pink donkeys and 12 black-head donkeys with similar lactation stages were selected and fed the same diet, and collected blood and hair samples for mineral element analysis.The results showed that the content of K, Mg, Zn, Mn and Cr in the serum of the black-head donkey was significantly higher than those of the three-pink donkey(P<0.05), and the content of Cu, Mo and Cd was significantly lower than that of the three-pink donkey(P=0.016, P= 0.005,P<0.0001).The contents of K, Mo, and Cr in hair of the black-head donkey were significantly higher than those of the three-pink donkey(P=0.009, P=0.001, P<0.0001), and the contents of Fe, Zn and Se were just the opposite(P=0.003, P<0.0001, P <0.0001).It can be seen that there are certain differences in the concentration of mineral elements in blood and coat between Dezhou black-head donkey and three-pink donkey.
