【Abstract】 This paper reviewed the effect of meat quality and safety for house-feeding yak. Eating quality, nutritional quality and safety of yak meat could be significantly improved by house-feeding, and ultimately increase the economic value of yak meat. Additionally, it is of great significance to protect the ecological environment and promote the prosperity of the pastoral areas and promote the industrialization of yak breeding industry by the promotion of safe and efficient new model of house-feeding.更多还原
