精补料蛋白质品质对杂交肉牛产肉性能和成本的影响

【摘要】 用豆粕、玉米酒糟(DDGS)、棉粕和尿素为单一蛋白品质饲料的4组精补料测定杂交肉牛产肉性能。选择40头体重相近(415.4±38.0 kg)的周岁杂交肉牛随机分为4个试验组,经过187 d育肥试验之后屠宰测定,饲喂DDGS组和豆粕组的杂交肉牛净肉率分别为47.15%和46.32%,净肉增量分别为108.02kg和105.15kg,料肉比分别为9.38和9.62,单位净肉增量成本分别为22.89和25.11元/kg;而尿素组净肉率、净肉增量、料肉比和单位净肉增量成本分别为45.59%、78.87 kg、12.80和30.72元/kg;尿素组的产肉指标最差(P <0.05,P <0.01)。饲喂棉粕组的杂交肉牛产肉指标略低于DDGS组和豆粕组(P> 0.05),但棉粕组的牛胴体三项肉色指标最差(P <0.05,P <0.01)。试验结果表明,在相同能量和蛋白质水平条件下,提高精补料蛋白质品质的必需氨基酸浓度有助于提高杂交肉牛产肉性能、净肉增量和产肉效益;尿素和棉粕不适宜作为杂交肉牛牛肉生产的唯一蛋白饲料。

【Abstract】 A trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of various feed protein qualities on slaughter characteristics and economic benefits of finishing cross-bred beef cattle under the same condition of both dietary energy and protein levels. 40 yearling crossbred beef cattle(average BW = 415.4±38.0 kg) fed four diets consisting of soybean meal, DDGS, cottonseed meal or urea as the sole protein source. After 187-d finishing period, all the beef cattle were slaughtered. The average lean percentage, lean gain, feed:lean and cost per kg lean gain were 47.15, 46.32 and 45.59%; 108.02, 105.15 and 78.87 kg; 9.38, 9.62 and 12.80; and 22.89, 25.11 and 30.72 yuan/kg for the cross-bred beef cattle fed DDGS, soybean meal and urea of diet, respectively(P < 0.05,P < 0.01). The crossed-bred beef fed cottonseed meal of diet had slightly lower in lean production compared with those fed DDGS or soybean meal of diet(P > 0.05), while the beef cattle fed cottonseed meal of diet resulted in the poorest lean color of carcass(P < 0.05,P < 0.01). It was concluded that the high essential amino acid concentration could improve slaughter performance, increase lean weight and economic benefits of the cross-bred beef cattle under the same condition of the dietary protein and energy. Urea or cottonseed meal is not used as the sole protein source of diet for finishing cross-bred beef cattle.
