【摘要】 试验以杜泊羊为父本、藏系绵羊为母本进行杂交,研究了其后代的生长性能、屠宰性能及肉质品质变化。结果表明,杂交后代的体型外貌发生了明显改变,增重性能表现为杂交后代初生重、6月龄重、0-6月龄日增重、胸围、后管维显著增加(P<0.05),体高、体长显著降低(P<0.05);屠宰性能表现为杂交后代宰前体重、屠宰率、肉骨比均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);肉品品质表现为粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗灰分显著高原对照组(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 in order to test male Dorper sheep and Tibetan sheep as female parent, the growth performance and slaughter performance and meat quality of their offspring changes. The results show that the conformation of hybrids has changed obviously, gain performance for hybrid offspring birth weight, age, weight, June 0-6 months of age, chest circumference, weight gain after vascular increased significantly(P<0.05), body height, body length decreased significantly(P<0.05); slaughter performance for hybrid offspring before slaughter weight and the slaughter rate and meat bone ratio were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05); meat quality showed crude fat, crude protein and crude ash was high altitude control group(P<0.05).更多还原
