童年期心理虐待和青少年非自杀性自伤:非适应性认知情绪调节和心理困扰的中介作用

【摘要】 非自杀性自伤(Non-suicidal Self-injury, NSSI,以下简称自伤)是指在没有明确自杀意图的情况下,个体故意、直接、重复地伤害自己身体,这种行为不被社会认同,且不具致死性或致死性较低。自伤行为既是一种心理病理行为,也是一个复杂的社会问题,常见于青少年群体。以往研究发现,个体早期不良经历(如童年期心理虐待)是引发自伤行为的早期不利处境诱因。相关理论和研究表明,消极的情绪调节及心理困扰直接或间接影响自伤行为的发生,在童年期心理虐待经历和自伤行为间扮演重要作用。因此,本研究希望通过考察青少年童年期心理虐待经历与自伤行为之间的关系,探讨非适应性认知情绪调节和心理困扰在两者间的作用机制。采用分层整群抽样方法,在福建省四所中学选取2300名中学生进行调查,回收有效问卷1992份,有效率为86.61%。其中男生955名(47.94%),女生1037名(52.06%);初中生522名(26.20%),高中生1470(73.80%)。本次评估采用问卷调查的方法,通过IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0及AMOS 24.0进行数据分析,进行结构方程建模和中介效应检验。研究结果表明:(1)童年期心理虐待、非适应性认知情绪调节、心理困扰和自伤行为两两之间均呈显著正相关;(2)童年期心理虐待对青少年自伤行为具有直接预测作用;(3)心理困扰在童年期心理虐待和青少年自伤行为之间起部分中介作用;(4)非适应性认知情绪调节和心理困扰在童年期心理虐待和青少年自伤行为之间起链式中介作用。研究进一步揭示了非适应性认知情绪调节和心理困扰在童年期心理虐待和青少年自伤行为之间的作用机制,为今后相关话题探讨提供研究支持,也为青少年自伤行为干预和预防提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI) refers to a socially unacceptable behavior, that deliberately, directly,repeatedly destructs or alters body tissue in no or low lethality, without conscious suicidal intent. NSSI, being a psychopathological behavior, as well as a complex social problem, is common among adolescents. Previous studies have found that negative experiences in childhood, such as psychological abuse, are the early adverse circumstances that could induce to the occurrences of NSSI behaviors. Relevant theories and studies demonstrate that, negative cognitive emotion regulation and mental health problems had direct or indirect effects on NSSI behaviors in adolescents, and play an important role in the relationship between childhood psychological abuse and NSSI. Thus,this study aimed to investigate the relationship between childhood psychological abuse and NSSI in Chinese adolescents, and tried to explore the mechanism of negative cognitive emotion regulation and mental problem in the association between them. Using the stratified cluster sampling approach, a total of 2300 adolescents selected from four middle high schools in Fujian Province, China, and of 1992(86.61%) valid subjects collected. All of the 1992 participants were composed of 995 males(47.94%) and 1037 females(52.06%), 522 middle school students(26.20%),1470 high school students(73.80%). Structural equation modeling and mediating effect testing were conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0 and AMOS 24.0 in this questionnaire survey. The results indicate that(1) positive correlations were conducted among all the variables;(2) childhood psychological abuse had a direct effect on NSSI behavior;(3) mental problem played a partial mediating role in childhood psychological abuse and NSSI behavior;(4)negative cognitive emotion regulation and mental problem act as a chain mediating effect between childhood psychological abuse and NSSI behavior. The study further revealed the mechanism of negative cognitive emotion regulation and mental problem in the association between childhood psychological abuse and NSSI behavior among adolescents, which provides research supports for future topic discussions, and also theoretical references for intervention and prevention of NSSI behaviors.
