复杂产品多分辨率模型聚合解聚框架

【摘要】 复杂产品设计过程的建模仿真,具有多领域、多层次、分阶段、多类型的需求特点,因而需要综合应用不同专业人员在复杂产品设计过程中从不同仿真层次出发形成的各种多分辨率模型。针对目前多分辨率建模方法无法有效指导复杂产品实际建模的困难,本文提出了一种复杂产品多分辨率模型的聚合解聚框架,从不同系统层级和同一系统层级两个层面考虑模型的聚合解聚过程。满足了复杂系统模型层次化、模块化快速构建的需求,以飞行模拟系统为例验证了多分辨率模型聚合解聚框架的有效性。
【Abstract】 The modeling and simulation of complex product design process has the characteristics of multi-domain, multi-level, multi-stage, and multi-type requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to comprehensively apply various multi-resolution models modeled by different professionals in the complex product design process. In view of the difficulty that the multi-resolution modeling methods cannot effectively guide the actual modeling of complex products, proposed a multi-resolution model aggregation and disaggregation framework for complex products, which considers the model’s resolution from two levels: different system levels and the same system level. It is of great significance for hierarchical, modular, rapid construction of models. Demonstrated the effectiveness of framework through the flight simulation system case.
