【摘要】 徐州是典型的煤炭资源型城市,煤矿产业对城市的建设与发展有着深刻的影响。回顾了徐州工矿用地和城市从煤矿开采初期、成熟期、蓬勃期到衰落期的发展历程,根据区位条件、用地性质、用地状况分类梳理了徐州工矿用地利用现状,得出资源枯竭、城市扩张和交通发展是徐州工矿用地演变的影响因素。最后提出包括厘清土地权属,上位规划引导以及差异化引导在内的工矿用地转型策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a typical coal resource city,mining industry of Xuzhou has a profound influence on the construction and development of the city.This article reviews the historical process of industrial and mining lands and city of Xuzhou from the initial stage of production to the declining period.Analyzing present situation of industrial and mining lands according to the location condition,land character and land condition.Drawing the conclusion that the influencing factors of land use evolution of industrial and mining lands in Xuzhou include resource exhaustion,urban expansion and traffic development.The study concludes by proposing three transformation strategies,including land property definition,planning guidance and classification guidance.更多还原
