低渗透煤层气相压裂均化瓦斯涌出快速掘进技术研究

【摘要】 潞安集团余吾煤业山西组3~#煤层为高瓦斯、低渗透难抽采煤层,在煤巷掘进过程中,瓦斯异常涌出和风流中瓦斯超限现象经常发生,严重影响安全生产和掘进速度。气相压裂均化瓦斯涌出技术研究和工业试验表明,在掘进工作面前方实施孔深60~80m的本煤层气相压裂,在煤层中形成裂缝卸压圈,有效改变了地应力场和瓦斯压力场状态,大幅提高了煤层渗透性,形成瓦斯连续均匀涌出的有利条件,在掘进阶段,煤炮减少,瓦斯异常高涌出和浓度频繁超限现象大幅度减少,风流瓦斯浓度长期稳定在0.3%~0.4%之间,掘进速度由试验前的60m/月提高到了140~180m/月。实践证明,气相压裂在高瓦斯、低渗透煤层煤巷掘进中,能够均化瓦斯涌出和降低风流瓦斯浓度超限的风险,是实现连续安全快速掘进的先进技术,在全国类似瓦斯地质条件煤矿中具有推广应用意义。
【Abstract】 Coal 3# of Shanxi group in lower Permian is low permeability in Yuwu coal mine,Luan mining area.Gas concentration in the return air is transfinite frequent induced by the abnormally gas emission during coal lane driving.An advanced CO2 gas fracturing technology was developed and applied to homogenize gas emission rate and increase heading speed in Yuwu mine,Luan mining area.A 60-80 m long borehole was drilled in coal seam and 10-20 CARDOX tubes was set in and blasted,which induced a fracture network in coal seam.In the network fracture zone,permeability is highly enhanced and methane emission rate is homogenization.Methane concentration in the return air is evenly varied from 0.3 to 0.4%,lower than the safety level state regulation required.Thus,advancing rate of 180 m per month was achieved comparing with 60 m per month before CO2 gas fracturing experiment.CO2 gas fracturing is an advanced technology to promote heading though evening methane emission rate and can be used in all other similar coal mines.
