基于Ni掺杂多孔碳材料的电化学传感器用于对乙酰氨基酚的检测

【摘要】 对乙酰氨基酚(AP,N-acetyl-p-aminophenol)是一类解热镇痛药[1]。正常剂量的对乙酰氨基酚对人体无副作用,然而摄入过量和长期使用会降低肝脏解毒能力从而引起肝脏疾病和肾损伤[2]。因此开发一种廉价、简单、快速、准确定量检测AP的方法对临床诊断及食品安全具有重要意义[3]。本文在400℃(N2,5℃/min)条件下采用直接煅烧Ni-MOF的方法,构建了基于金属镍掺杂的多孔碳纳米材料(Ni/C)的电化学传感器,并将其用于AP的检测。Ni掺杂的碳纳米微球(Ni/C)不仅具有良好的电催化活性和导电性,其介孔结构更有利于AP在电极表面的吸附和催化,从而获得了较宽的线性范围(0.20-53.75μM)和较低的检出限(4.04×10-2μM)。进一步利用差分脉冲、循环伏安等方法对该传感器检测AP的性能进行了研究,结果表明该传感器具有良好的抗干扰性、稳定性和重现性,并可成功用于人血清和尿液样本的实际测定。

【Abstract】 Acetaminophen(AP,N-acetyl-p-aminophenol) is a class of antipyretic and analgesic drugs[1],which has no side effects on the health of the human body within the normal dose range.However,excessive intake or long-term usage of AP can reduce the liver’s ability to detoxify and cause liver disease,nephrotoxicity and other diseases[2].In this perspective,the development of inexpensive,simple,rapid and accurate quantitative detection method for paracetamol is of highly essential for clinical diagnosis and food safety[3].A sensitive and selective electrochemical AP sensor based on the Ni doped nanoporous carbon(Ni-C) microspheres was developed.This electrode material was prepared by directly calcinating Ni based metal-organic framework at 400 oC in nitrogen.The Ni/C microsphere with the mesoporous structure exhibits good conductivity,which facilitates the adsorption and catalysis of AP on the electrode surface,and greatly boosts the oxidation current of AP on the electrode.The concentration of AP ranges from 0.20 to 53.75 μmol L-1 with a low detection limit(S/N=3) of 4.04×10-2 μmol L-1.The electrocatalytic performance of this sensor towards AP was further measured by differential pulse voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry.The results showed that the sensor can be feasibly employed for the determination of AP in human blood serum and urine samples with excellent anti-interference stability and good reproducibility.
