聚丙烯腈改性还原氧化石墨烯纤维用于血清素的电化学检测

【摘要】 由于石墨烯纤维具有优异的电导率和机械性能,在柔性生物医疗器件的开发具有广阔的应用前景。本工作以聚丙烯腈和氧化石墨烯为纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝和热还原的方法,构建了聚丙烯腈改性的还原氧化石墨烯纤维柔性微电极。由于石墨烯和聚丙烯腈之间的静电相互作用和氢键,以及氮元素的引入,构建的微电极具有不错的机械性能和电导率,对血清素的电化学检测具有更高的灵敏度和更低的检出限。该项研究工作的开展对血清素一类的神经递质的电化学检测具有重大意义。
【Abstract】 Graphene fiber has a broad prospect for the development of flexible biomedical devices with excellent electrical conductivity and great mechanical properties.In this work,polyacrylonitrile and graphene oxide spinning soulution is prepared.Polyacrylonitrile modified reduced graphene oxide fiber is constructed by wet spinning and thermal reduction.Because of the electrostatic interation and hydrogen bond between graphene and polyacrylonitrile,and also the nitrogen indroduced,the microelectrode has good mechanical properties and better conductivity,it displays higher sensitivity and lower detect limitation.The research of this work is of great significance for the electrochemical detection of neurotransmitters like serotonin.
