基于Ni6MnO8@C超薄纳米片的肾上腺素电化学传感器性能研究

【摘要】 本文通过简单的水热和煅烧过程制备了Ni6MnO8@C超薄纳米片,用于构建肾上腺素电化学传感器。Ni6MnO8@C超薄纳米片的独特结构结合了碳良好的导电性和Ni6MnO8@C高的电催化性性能,可以增强肾上腺素的反应活性并增强对其的吸附。利用计时安培滴定法对制备的Ni6MnO8@C电化学传感器进行电化学性能测试。实验结果表明:所构建的Ni6MnO8@C电化学传感器表现出优异的电催化活性,在+0.29 V时具有良好的电流响应,其检测范围为0.01μmol·L–1到800μmol·L–1,检测限为3.33 nmol·L–1(S/N=3)。此外,基于Ni6MnO8@C制备的电化学传感器具有良好的选择性和稳定性,已成功用于尿样和注射液中肾上腺素的测定。
【Abstract】 The ultrathin Ni6MnO8@C nanosheets were prepared via a facile hydrothermal and calcined routine for the epinephrine(EP) detection.The unique structure of nanosheets combined the advantages of both carbon with good conductivity and Ni6MnO8 with high electrocatalysis,which could enhance reaction activity and improve the adsorption of EP.The prepared electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity for the EP determination with a good current response at + 0.29 V.Chronoamperometric detection of EP at the Ni6MnO8@C/GCE achieved a linear calibration plot ranging from 0.01μmol·L–1-800μmol·L–1 with the LOD of 3.33 nmol·L–1.The Ni6MnO8@C/GCE obtained satisfactory recoveries for EP detection in practical applications.
