【摘要】 本工作发展了一种基于MIL-53(Al)@CdS QDs和SiO2@AuNPs的电化学发光生物传感器用于敌百虫的检测。金属-有机骨架(MOFs)被用作负载基质,为电极的修饰材料和目标物的负载提供较大的比表面积。同时,SiO2@AuNPs负载了大量的AuNPs颗粒,可以有效的增强AuNPs与CdS量子点之间的ECL共振能量转移,因此ECL响应被抑制并达到信号放大的效果。在敌百虫的浓度在10-11-10-4 M的范围内,ECL的响应信号与浓度的对数呈线性关系,检出限位5.1×10-12 M (S/N=3)。将此电化学传感器用于实际样品生菜、西兰花、黄瓜和韭菜中敌百虫的检测,所得加标回收率分别为97%-105%,102%-104%,100%-104%,和98%-104%。综上,此新型ECL传感器具有良好的检测效果,有望用于食品中敌百虫的检测。

【Abstract】 An ultrasensitive electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor was developed based on MIL-53(Al)@CdS QDs and SiO2@AuNPs for trichlorfon detection.Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) were used as a loading platform that provided a large surface area to load targets and modified materials onto the electrode.At the same time,SiO2@AuNPs loaded plenty of AuNPs which effectively increased ECL resonance energy transfer between CdS QDs,so the ECL signal was inhibited and made signal amplified.In the range of10-11-10-4 M,the ECL response presented linear relationship to the concentration (logarithm) of trichlorfon,and the detection limit is 5.1×10-12 M (S/N=3).When the biosensor was applied to the detect trichlorfon in lettuce,broccoli,cucumber,and chives,the recoveries obtained from spiked samples were 97%-105%,102%-104%,100%-104%,and 98%-104%,respectively.Thus,this novel ECL biosensor presented a potential application for the analysis of trichlorfon in food samples.
