含多酰胺基两亲化合物与阴离子结合性能研究
Anion-Binding Properties of an Amphiphilic Polyamide Derivative

【摘要】 伯胺的酰胺衍生物中既存在氢键给体(>N–H)又存在氢键受体(>C=O)基团。因此,它们与客体分子能够通过氢键形成超分子复合物。本文以乙二胺四乙酸和正十二烷基胺为原料,经过酰胺化反应合成了相应的乙二胺四乙酰胺两亲化合物(EDTA-a),并通过重结晶提纯了目标化合物。利用FT-IR、1H NMR、13C NMR和ESI-MS等方法表征了分子结构。自制了一个如图1(A)所示的相转移装置。该装置用氯仿将两个水相隔离,将EDTA-a溶入氯仿(0.50mmol/L);各种盐分别溶入一个水相(0.10 mol/L);然后测定另外一个纯水相的电导率数值随时间的变化,表征EDTA-a对盐的结合及迁移作用。在298.2 K测试了1 h之内另一个纯水相的电导率数值随时间变化的曲线,如图1(B)所示。实验结果表明,EDTA-a迁移邻苯二甲酸氢钾(KHP)的速率远高于其他盐,且1 h后其超纯水体系的电导率数值最大。表明了EDTA-a能够有选择性地与KHP结合,并将其从盐溶液体系迁移到纯水体系中(如图1(C)所示)。
【Abstract】 The amide derivative of the primary amine has both a hydrogen bond donor(>N-H) and a hydrogen bond acceptor(>C=O) group. Therefore, they are capable of forming supramolecular complexes with guest molecules through hydrogen bonding. In this paper, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) and n-dodecylamine were used as raw materials to synthesize the corresponding ethylenediaminetetraacetamide amphiphilic compound by amidation reaction, and the target compound was purified by recrystallization. The structure of the product(EDTA-a) was characterized by FT-IR, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, and ESI-MS. As shown in Fig. 1(A), a phase transfer device was self-made, in which two aqueous phases was isolated by chloroform. EDTA-a was dissolved in chloroform(the concentration of the solution is 0.50 mmol/L), and various salts were dissolved in an aqueous phase(the concentration of the solution is 0.10 mol/L). Then, the conductivity changes of another pure aqueous phase was determined to characterize the binding and migration of EDTA-a to various salt. At 298.2 K, the curve of the conductivity value of another pure aqueous phase over time within 1 h is shown in Fig. 1(B). The results show that the rate of migration of potassium hydrogen phthalate(KHP) by EDTA-a is much higher than that of other salts, and the conductivity of ultrapure water system is the largest after 1 h. This demonstrates that EDTA-a can selectively bind to KHP ions and migrate them from the salt solution to the pure water, as shown in Fig. 1(C).
