香豆素基表面活性剂和肽表面活性剂性质及功能研究

【摘要】 表面活性剂由于其两亲性可在溶液形成多种组装体,如胶束、囊泡、纤维、纳米管等。一些功能分子基团的引入可以极大扩展表面活性剂及其聚集体的应用范围。香豆素基团是一类生物提取物,同时又是一类光响应分子,它既可以响应紫外光,又可以响应近红外激光。借助这些优异性质,经常在智能生物材料制备中找到其踪迹[1-3]。在我们的研究中,将香豆素基团引入到常规表面活性剂和脂肽表面活性剂中,发挥了香豆素分子的组装体调控作用。同时,我们还尝试了将可控体系应用于药物分子的可控释放研究中。

【Abstract】 Surfactants can form various assemblies in solution due to their amphiphilicity, such as micelles, vesicles, fibers, nanotubes, etc. The introduction of some functional molecular groups can greatly expand the application range of surfactants and their aggregates. Coumarin group as a kind of biological extract has light-responsive property. It can respond to both ultraviolet light and near-infrared laser. With these excellent properties, it is often found in the preparation of intelligent biomaterials [1-3]. In our research, coumarin groups were introduced into conventional surfactants and lipopeptides. And coumarin group plays an assembly regulatory role. Meantime, we also tried to apply the controlled system in the controlled release of drug molecules
