东三5地层水特性对阴-非离子表面活性剂和甜菜碱界面张力的影响
The effects of aqueous conditions on IFT in betaine and nonionic-anionic surfactant solutions

【摘要】 随着油田的深入开采和油藏条件持续恶化,耐温抗盐驱油表面活性剂如甜菜碱类两性离子表面活性剂和阴离子-非离子表面活性剂逐渐成为研究的重点,而不同类型耐温抗盐表面活性剂降低界面张力能力受地层水特性的影响不同。本文利用旋转滴法测定了胜利油田东三5中模拟水配制的甜菜碱和阴-非表面活性剂溶液与原油间的界面张力,考察了碱、二价离子等水相条件对超低界面张力的影响。研究发现,地层水中的弱碱是甜菜碱溶液与原油形成超低界面张力的关键,而二价离子对甜菜碱降低界面张力能力的影响较小;阴-非表面活性剂在碱溶液和去碱溶液中界面张力值都较高,说明阴-非表面活性剂与原油形成超低界面张力是弱碱和二价离子综合作用的结果。推测是由于无机碱与原油中的石油酸反应生成具有界面活性石油酸皂与甜菜碱分子形成紧密的混合吸附层[1],使界面张力降低;二价反离子则可以减小阴-非分子间的静电斥力,使界面膜更紧密[2],界面张力值降低。
【Abstract】 With the continuous exploitation of oil field and the deterioration of reservoir conditions, researchers gradually focus on temperature-resistant and salt-tolerant surfactants like betaine and nonionic-anionic surfactant. In this paper, we tested the interfacial tension(IFT) of betaine and nonionic-anionic surfactant against Dongsan 5 crude oil at different simulated water by spinning drop method, to investigate the effects of aqueous conditions on the achievement of ultra-low IFT. The results show that betaine could reduce IFT to 10-3 m N/m in NaHCO3 solution. While nonionic-anionic surfactant can only form ultra-low IFT at the presence of both weak alkali and divalent cation. It indicates that petroleum acids and produced soaps can mixed adsorb with betaine molecules to form a compact mixed film[1]. While the IFT is reduced by the addition of divalent cation, which decreases the charge repulsive force between nonionic-anionic surfactant molecules [2].
