【摘要】 以生物基元构筑微纳结构用于传感领域是当前研究的热点之一。基于多肽组装的微纳材料因其具有的分子识别能力、生物兼容性和易修饰特性在电化学传感器中具有广阔的应用前景。贵金属纳米粒子具有优良的导电性、良好的生物相容性以及大比表面积等优势。因此,将二肽分子与贵金属金纳米粒子相结合得到优势互补的材料,有望能提高二肽自组装结构在电化学传感器中的应用性能。本工作中纳米金与CDP组装为微/纳米球,将其修饰在电极上应用于生物检测可提高检测的灵敏度和响应性能。

【Abstract】 Bio-based micro/nanostructures material for biosensing is one of the hotspots of current research. Peptides-based micro/nanostructures materials as one of biomaterials have broad application prospects in electrochemical sensors due to their molecular recognition ability, biocompatibility and easy modification characteristics. Importantly, precious metal nanoparticles have advantages such as excellent conductivity, good biocompatibility, and large specific surface area. Therefore, the combination of dipeptide molecules and noble metal gold nanoparticles to obtain complementary materials is expected to improve the application performance of dipeptide self-assembled structures in electrochemical sensors. In this work, it was found that gold nanoparticles can be assembled with CDP into a micro/nanosphere, and its modification on the electrode for biosensor can improve the sensitivity and response performance of the detection.
