基于稀土铕杂多酸/壳聚糖复合薄膜的荧光性质检测双氧水
Detection of Hydrogen Peroxide Based on the Fluorescence Properties of [EuW10O36]9--Chitosan Composite Films

【摘要】 采用稀土铕包覆的多金属氧化簇Na9EuW10O36·32H2O(Eu-POM)和壳聚糖(CS)制备了Eu-POM/CS复合薄膜。通过肉眼观察和紫外-可见分光光度计表征发现该壳聚糖复合薄膜具有较高的透明度。傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱图表明CS和Eu-POM的结构在所制备的复合薄膜中都得到了良好的保持。值得一提的是,Eu-POM/CS复合薄膜不论是在荧光寿命还是在荧光强度方面相比于Eu-POM都有了较大的提升。如图1所示,复合薄膜的荧光强度随着双氧水浓度的增大而逐渐减弱,发现浓度仅为0.11μM的双氧水对复合薄膜的荧光猝灭效率高达70%。复合薄膜的荧光强度与双氧水的浓度(浓度范围为1.1~66μM)之间有着良好的线性关系,检测限为1.1μM。基于此,我们将该复合薄膜应用于检测双氧水,发现该方法展现了良好的稳定性和较高的灵敏度。血清中的多种成分对复合薄膜检测双氧水没有明显干扰,表明该种方法具有良好的选择性。可见,Eu-POM/CS复合薄膜可以便捷、灵敏、无标记地检测生物样品中的双氧水,对相关疾病的诊断具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 Eu-POM/CS composite films were fabricated from europium-containing polyoxometalates(Eu-POM) and chitosan (CS).Both observation with the naked eye and characterization with UV-vis spectrometer addresses the high transparency of the as-prepared films.In contrast to pure Eu-POM,the fluorescence intensity and fluorescence lifetime of the Eu-POM/CS films are drastically enhanced.As shown in Fig.1,with the increasing concentration of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2),fluorescence intensity of the Eu-POM/CS films decreases gradually.Fluorescence quenching efficiency is up to 70%even the concentration of H2O2 is only 0.11μM.There is a good linear correlation between the fluorescence intensity of Eu-POM/CS and H2O2 concentration within a wide range of 1.1-66μM and the detection limit is estimated to be 0.11μM.Based on this,the composite films display a high sensitivity and stability for H2O2 detection.The composite film also has an excellent selectivity for H2O2 detection even in the presence of extremely complex components in serum.It can be seen that Eu-POM/CS composite films can detect H2O2 in biological samples and have certain guiding significance for the diagnosis of related diseases.
