桥联环糊精-无机簇构筑二维孔结构超分子膜
Construction of a 2D Porous Membrane by Bridged Cyclodextrin and Polyoxometalate

【摘要】 桥联环糊精具有水溶性好,生物相容性好,可以结合并增溶有机客体分子等优点,是一种优秀的结构构筑基元。Anderson型多金属氧簇具有易于修饰,结构稳定等特点。我设计合成了以三苯基苯为中心,通过CuAAC点击反应与环糊精相连的三桥联环糊精。之后将桥联环糊精与三甲基金刚烷铵盐静电结合的多金属氧簇组装,首先我们利用核磁等方法对水溶液中主客体结合作用力进行了确认,接着通过透射电子显微镜,原子力显微镜等实验手段,观察到了水溶液中二维组装体结构的存在,表明我们应用桥联环糊精和多金属氧簇,成功的制备了一种二维材料,我们期待该材料可以在纳米尺寸生物质分离,自修复等领域得到良好应用。
【Abstract】 Cyclodextrins have many advantages used as building blocks, such as strong host-guest interaction, good solubility in water, good biocompatibility, ability to increase the solubility of guest molecules. Polyoxometalates have accurate nanometer structures, good property used in electrochemistry, photochromism, catalysis, meanwhile the Anderson type POM can be easily functionalized with organic groups. We attempted to combine these two kinds of materials and construct a two dimensions porous membrane material. We first designed and synthesized a triple CD compound, After that we chose adamantane groups as guests connected onto an Anderson type polyoxometalate through electrostatic interaction. Then we used NMR to confirm the interaction in water between bridging cyclodextrin and guest, then mixed bridging cyclodextrin and polyoxometalate, and investigated the assembly structure with TEM and AFM, we can find that both polyoxometalate formed membrane structure with bridging cyclodextrin. We hope this kind of membrane can be used as self-healing material or conducting or separating membrane.
