不同硫-醇溶液浓度对硫溶胶颗粒的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了在硫溶胶新型制备方法中不同硫-醇溶液浓度对硫颗粒的影响,首先通过高速剪切-破碎的方式,将一定量的升华硫粉溶解在小分子醇溶液中分别制备1.5mg/L、5.5mg/L、60mg/L的硫-醇溶液,接着在搅拌条件下,将制备的硫-醇溶液以雾状喷射至水面,得到硫溶胶。表征选用动态光散射(DLS)和纳米颗粒追踪技术(NTA),其中动态光散射(DLS)用来统计粒子粒径大小,纳米颗粒追踪技术(NTA)用来直观观察粒子数量多少及均匀程度。图1(a)表示硫粉浓度为1.5mg/L时图像,发现得到的粒子约为95nm;图1(b)表示硫粉浓度为5.5mg/L时图像,粒子粒径约为128nm;图1(c)表示硫粉浓度约为60mg/L时图像,观察到粒径约为151nm。综合来看,发现随着硫-醇溶液浓度的增加,硫溶胶颗粒粒子数增多,粒径增大,粒径均匀程度变小,图像SD值变大。但整体来看通过这种方法制备的硫溶胶颗粒粒径均较为均匀,单分散性较好。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the effect of different sulfur-alcohol solution concentration on the sulfur particles in the new preparation method of sulfur sol was studied. First, a certain amount of sublimed sulfur powder was dissolved in small molecule alcohol solution to prepare 1.5 mg/L, 5.5 mg/L, 60 mg/L sulfur-alcohol solution by high-speed shear-crushing method. Then the sulfur-alcohol solution which prepared by the above-mentioned method was sprayed in a mist to the surface of the water under stirring conditions to obtain a sulfur sol. Characterization uses dynamic light scattering(DLS) and nanoparticle tracking(NTA), in which dynamic light scattering(DLS) is used to calculate particle size, and nanoparticle tracking technology(NTA) is used to visually observe the number and uniformity of particles.Fig. 1(a) shows an image when the sulfur powder concentration is 1.5 mg/L, and the obtained particles are found to be about 95 nm;Fig. 1(b) shows an image when the sulfur powder concentration is 5.5 mg/L, and the particle diameter is about 128 nm; Fig. 1(c) shows an image when the sulfur powder concentration is about 60 mg/L, and a particle diameter of about 151 nm is observed. On the whole, it was found that as the concentration of the sulfur-alcohol solution increased, the number of particles of the sulfur sol particles increased, the particle size increased, the uniformity of the particle size became smaller, and the SD value of the image became larger.However, the particle size of the sulfur sol particles prepared by this method is relatively uniform and the monodispersity is good.
