扇形纳米结构2MgO·B2O3·H2O多级孔材料的制备及吸附性能

【摘要】 染料在纺织、橡胶、塑料和制革等工业中有广泛应用,但是在染色过程中有残留染料污染水体。吸附法因为操作简单、条件温和、效率高,且可循环使用,引起了人们的研究兴趣[1,2]。本文采用水热法合成了扇形2MgO·B2O3·H2O纳米结构多级孔材料,其由宽度为20 nm的纳米带构筑而成(图1)。在表征基础上,研究了其对水溶液中酸性品红(AF)、孔雀石绿(MG)和碱性品红(BF)的吸附性能,吸附符合朗缪尔等温模型和准二级动力学模型。由于所得的扇形2Mg O·B2O3·H2O对AF、MG和BF表现出良好的吸附性能(图2),并且具有较好的可循环利用性,因此在废水处理三苯基甲烷类染料方面具有潜在的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Dyes are widely used in textile, rubber, plastic and leather industries, but there are residual dyes in the dyeing process that polluted water bodies. Adsorption method has attracted people’s interest because of its simple operation, mild condition, high efficiency and recyclability. In this paper, fan-shaped 2MgO·B2O3·H2O nanostructure with hierarchical porous material was synthesized by hydrothermal method, which was constructed by nanobelts with 20 nm in width(Fig.1). On the basis of characterization, the absorptions of this material to acid fuschin(AF), malachite green(MG) and basic fuchsin(BF) were studied. The adsorption processes were well fitted with langmuir isothermal model and the pseudo-secondorder dynamics model. The obtained fan-shaped 2MgO·B2O3·H2O could be as a promising absorbent for triphenylmethane dyes in the field of waste water treatment due to its excellent adsorption performance for AF, MG and BF(Fig. 2), and its good recyclability.
