Li-Co-BTC三元MOFs材料作为锂离子电池正极材料的应用研究

【摘要】 金属有机骨架(MOF)材料具有多孔、大比表面积等优点被广泛应用于气体吸附、分离等领域[1]。近年来,MOFs被用作储能材料的研究开始成为热点[2]。本文首次采用溶剂热法合成了Li-Co-BTC三元MOFs材料,并系统考查了其作为锂离子电池正极材料的性能。结果表明,Li-Co-BTC三元MOFs材料作为锂离子电池正极材料具有良好的循环稳定性:首次放电容量达到86.9 mAh g-1,在50 mA g-1的电流密度下,经过50次循环,放电比容量保持在41.5 mAh g-1,库仑效率接近100%。该研究结果为MOFs作为锂电池电极材料研究提供了参考,同时表明MOF材料在锂离子电池正极材料中具有广阔的发展空间。
【Abstract】 Metal organic frameworks(MOFs) have been used widely in gas adsorption and separation due to their porosity and large specific surface areas. Recently, MOF materials have been used as energy storage materials gradually. In this paper, the Li-Co-BTC ternary MOFs were synthesized and applied as the cathodes of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs) for the first time. Our results show the Li-Co-BTC MOF has excellent cycling stability in LIB: the first discharge capacity is 86.9 mAh g-1, the discharge capacity of 41.9 mAh g-1 after 50 cycles at the current density of 50 mA g-1, and the coulombic efficiency is of 100 % approximately. This work provides a promising route for the design of MOF materials as potential cathode materials of LIBs.
