Synthesis, Surface Activity and Antimicrobial Efficacy of Diaryliodonium Salts-Derived Amphiphiles

【摘要】 <正>Two sets of 19 diaryliodonium salts were synthesized and their tensiometric property as well as antimicrobial ability against Gram-positive Bacillus cereus were tested. All 19 salts dissolve well in water solution. Diaryliodonium salts bearing OTs as counter ion exhibited lower CMC values than its OTf counterpart. The surfaceactive properties of diaryliodonium salt could be well enhanced by introducing fluorine onto its molecular structure. Antibacterial measurement results suggested that all 19 diaryliodonium salts exhibited great bactericidal efficacy within the first 4 hours, indicating great short-term antimicrobial efficacy and implying possible antiseptic mechanism through oxidizing. Fluorinated diaryliodonium salts designed in this work showed equivalent antiseptic efficacy.
