含蜡原油电场改性效果稳定性的研究

【摘要】 电场处理能够改善含蜡原油的低温流动性,这种技术运用在原油管输中能大大降低输送能耗。含蜡原油电场改性效果的稳定性与管输过程中的剪切作用等多个因素有关。本文针对一种典型含蜡原油,在场强0.8kV/mm的动态电场改性后,进行低剪切率管流剪切、高剪切率过泵剪切的模拟,并测量其黏度的变化。电场改性后的原油,相对于静置状态,在模拟管流剪切条件下的降黏效果能维持更长的时间,均在28 h以上;且在模拟管流剪切范围内(10s-1至50s-1),剪切率越高,降黏效果维持时间越长。电场改性后的原油,经高剪切率下的模拟过泵剪切作用后,黏度进一步降低(降黏率提高约11个百分点);在实验范围内,当高剪过程中能量耗散相同时,降黏率相同。
【Abstract】 The electrical treatment can improve the low-temperature flow properities of waxy crude oil,which can greatly reduce the energy consumption in pipelining crude oil. The stability of electrical treatment is affected by shear and other factors during pipelining. In this work, a typical waxy crude oil is modified by a dynamic electric field with a field strength of 0.8 kV/mm, then simulation of pipelining shear and pumping shear are carried out, during which the viscosity is monitored. Viscosity reduction effect of electric-treated crude oil under pipelining shear can last longer than that in still condition, and both are over 28 h. In the extent of pipelining shear, the higher the shear is, the longer the duration of viscosity reduction effect is. The viscosity of electric-treated crude oil is further reduced after high pumping shear, and the ratio of viscosity reduction increase 11%. The same energy dissipation during the high pumping shear will result in the same ratio of viscosity reduction.
