纳米铁颗粒的制备及其磁流变性研究

【摘要】 本文中采用直流电弧等离子体法制备纳米铁颗粒。通过TEM观察纳米铁颗粒形貌,结果表明所制备的颗粒为尺寸分布均匀的球状颗粒,直径为30-50nm。VSM测试结果表明纳米铁颗粒具有较高的饱和磁化强度。以纳米铁颗粒为分散相,二甲基硅油为基液制备质量分数为40%的磁流变液。流变性测试结果表明,纳米铁颗粒磁流变液具有显著的磁流变效应。分别制备质量分数为10%的纳米铁颗粒磁流变液和羰基铁粉磁流变液进行沉降稳定性测试,结果表明,纳米铁颗粒磁流变液的沉降稳定性明显优于相同浓度的羰基铁粉磁流变液。
【Abstract】 In this paper, nano-iron particles were prepared by DC electric arc discharge. The particle diameter is 30-50 nm, the size distribution is uniform, and has high saturation magnetization. We prepared magnetorheological fluids which dispersed nano-iron particles with mass fraction of 40% in silicone oils.The mechanical properties tests results show that the nano-iron particles magnetorheological fluids have a pronounced magnetorheological effect. The nano-iron particles magnetorheological fluids and carbonyl iron powder magnetorheological fluids with mass fraction of 10% were prepared for sedimentation stability tests. The results show that the nano-iron particles magnetorheological fluids exhibit excellent sedimentation stability.
