基于弹黏塑性本构模型的沥青混凝土路面车辙变形表征

【摘要】 车辙作为沥青路面的一种主要病害,严重影响着路面的路用性能以及车辆的行车安全。为了研究沥青混凝土路面的车辙病害情况,提出一种能考虑温度影响弹黏塑性本构模型。它以Perzyna黏塑性理论为基础,引入时间温度叠加原理,以Hiss分级单屈服面为屈服函数,并成功嵌入到ABAQUS有限元程序中。同时通过沥青混凝土的室内试验验证了模型的合理性,最后基于实际工况对路面不同交通荷载等级和不同温度下的车辙位移进行了预测分析,为路面的性能预测以及运营提供指导。结果表明,该模型能表征沥青混凝土的力学性能,模拟结果与试验数据吻合,可用于有元的实际工况计算;随着温度的升高,车辙位移增长显著,且基本成三次函数增长关系。
【Abstract】 As a main disease of asphalt pavement, rutting seriously affects the pavement performance of the pavement and the safety of the vehicle. In order to study the rutting conditions of asphalt concrete pavement, an elastic viscoplastic constitutive model considering the influence of temperature was proposed.The new model is based on the theory of Perzyna viscoplasticity and introduces the principle of time temperature superposition. The new model is based on the Hiss grading single yield surface as a yield function, and it can be successfully embedded into the ABAQUS finite element program. In the program.At the same time, the rationality of the model is verified through laboratory tests of asphalt concrete.Finally, the road rutting displacement under different traffic load grades and different temperatures is predicted and analyzed based on the actual conditions, which provides guidance for the performance prediction and operation of the pavement. The results show that the model can represent the mechanical properties of asphalt concrete. The simulation results agree with the experimental data, which can be applied to the actual working condition calculation of finite element. As the temperature increases, the rutting displacement increases significantly with a three function growth relationship.
