一种新型耐高温聚苯腈树脂的合成及结构性能研究

【摘要】 聚苯腈树脂是指以含有邻苯二甲腈官能团结构的化合物为单体,在催化剂作用下,通过氰基相互作用聚合而成的一种高性能材料。本文首次将乙烯基吡啶引入到苯腈单体中,通过傅里叶变换红外光(FT-IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱(1H NMR、13C NMR)对苯腈单体进行结构表征。以4-氨基苯氧基邻苯二甲腈(APPH)为固化剂采用不同的后固化程序,制备了一系列新型耐高温高性能聚苯腈树脂。差示扫描量热分析(DSC)和流变测试表明,单体具有低熔点及出色的加工性能。热失重分析(TGA)和动态热力学分析(DMA)表明,所有聚合物的起始分解温度(T5%)均大于500°C,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)均大于400°C。
【Abstract】 Phthalonitrile resin is a kind of high performance material, which is polymerized by nitrile groups interaction with catalysts and monomers containing a phthalonitrile compound. This article is the first report a phthalonitrile monomer containing vinylpyridine on the main chain. The chemical structures of the monomer were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), Mass Spectrometry(MS) and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy(NMR). A series of new high temperature Phthalonitrile resins were prepared by using different curing procedures for 4-(aminophenoxy)phthalonitrile(APPH) as curing agent. The monomer has low melting point and excellent processing performance, shown by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and rheological behaviors test.Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and dynamic thermodynamic analysis(DMA)showed that the initial decomposition temperature(T5%) of all polymers was greater than 500 °C, and the glass transition temperature(Tg) was greater than 400 °C.
