基于聚合物配体制备多功能纳米颗粒及其生物医学应用

【摘要】 纳米粒子(NPs)由于其微小的尺寸而具有高表面能特点,通常情况下它们极不稳定并且反应活性高。绝大多数生物应用的NPs都要求良好的水分散稳定性。为了使NPs能够在水相中稳定分散,采用水溶性硫醚端基聚合物作为配体修饰NPs是一种行之有效的策略。金属纳米团簇由于其丰富的配位化学、独特的光学特性在光学成像、检测、生物标记和生物医学等领域具有巨大潜力。而Fe3O4磁性纳米颗粒因其独特的磁响应性、超顺磁性和良好的生物相容性而在生物分离、磁热疗、靶向给药和磁共振造影(MRI)等生物领域广泛应用。本文重点回顾了近十年来本课题组成员运用聚合物配体制备金属纳米团簇以及Fe3O4磁性纳米颗粒方面的研究及其在生物医学领域的应用。
【Abstract】 Nanoparticles(NPs) have high surface energy characteristics due to their small size, and they are generally extremely unstable and highly reactive. Most biologically applied NPs require good water dispersion stability. In order to enable stable dispersion of NPs in the aqueous phase, the use of water-soluble thioether end-group polymers as ligands to modify NPs is an effective strategy. Metal nanoclusters have great potential in optical imaging, detection, biomarker and biomedical fields due to their rich coordination chemistry and unique optical properties.Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles are widely used in biological fields such as bioseparation,magnetothermal therapy, targeted drug delivery and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)due to their unique magnetic responsiveness, superparamagnetism and good biocompatibility. This paper focuses on the research work of the preparation of metal nanoclusters and Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles by polymer ligands and their application in biomedical fields.
