Fe3O4@mTa2O5/H3PW12O40复合催化剂的制备及在缩醛化反应中的性能研究

【摘要】 磷钨酸是一种强的质子酸,五氧化二钽本身具有酸催化活性,两者复合可增强酸催化效果[1]。本文将磷钨酸负载于介孔五氧化二钽包覆的Fe3O4纳米球表面,制备出一种易回收的磁性核壳结构催化剂Fe3O4@mTa2O5/H3PW12O40。通过FT-IR、N2吸附-脱附、TEM、SEM、NH3-TPD分析、XRD对催化剂的结构进行表征。这种非均相的催化剂具有很强的Br?nsted及Lewis酸性,比表面积大,对各种醛和二醇的缩醛化反应显示出非常高效的催化活性。该催化剂很容易回收并且可以重复利用至少5次而不明显降低催化活性。同时,催化剂的组成和结构保持稳定不变。催化剂催化苯甲醛和乙二醇的缩醛化反应,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的产率可达93.6%。
【Abstract】 H3PW12O40 is a kind of strong proton acid and Ta2O5 has acid catalytic activity.The acid catalytic activity can be enhanced through the combination of both.In this study,a magnetically-recoverable core-shell catalyst (Fe3O4@mTa2O5/H3PW12O40) was prepared by loading phosphotungstic acid on tantalum pentoxide-coated Fe3O4 nanoparticles.The prepared samples were characterized by FT-IR,N2-adsorption–desorption isotherms,TEM,SEM,NH3-TPD analysis and XRD.Fe3O4@mTa2O5/H3PW12O40 catalyst has strong Br?nsted and Lewis acidity,large BET surface area,and exhibits efficient catalytic reactivity for various aldehydes and glycols.The catalyst can be easily recovered and reused for at least 5 times without obvious decrease of catalytic activity.Moreover,it gives the highest yield of benzaldehyde glycol acetal of 93.6%for catalyzing the acetalization of benzaldehyde and ethylene glycol
