基于多金属氧簇与阳离子短肽构筑单层二维纳米片
Single-Layer Two-Dimensional Nanosheets Based on Polyoxometallates and Cationic Short Peptides

【摘要】 自从单层石墨烯被成功剥离后,二维薄层材料引起人们广泛的关注[1]。多金属氧簇化学组成明确,水溶性好,结合位点多,因此被广泛作为组装构筑基元[2]。本文中,我们设计合成了面型多电荷阳离子短肽,以多金属氧簇为基元,在365 nm紫外光照射下,静电,疏水和氢键相互作用促使两构筑基元自组装成单层二维纳米片,原子力显示该纳米片厚度为4.2nm,片层大小可达10μm。切换到470 nm可见光下,二维纳米片层可转换为球形结构,并且形貌可控转化至少可重复4次[3]。此研究拓展了二维超分子材料的组装基元,为构筑单层二维纳米片提供新思路。
【Abstract】 Since the single-layer graphene was successfully stripped, two-dimensional thin-layer materials have earned people’s extensive attention. Polyoxometalates possessing clear chemical composition, favourable water-solube and multiple binding sites are widely used as building elements [2]. In this paper, we designed and synthesized face-type multicharges cationic short peptides and chose polyoxometalate as constructing primitives, which self-assembled into monolayer two-dimensional nanosheets via noncovalent interaction under 365 nm UV light. AFM showed that the thickness of the nanosheet is 4.2 nm and the slice size is up to 10 μm. Furthermore, the two-dimensional nanosheets can be converted into a spherical structure, and the controllable transformation of the morphology can be repeated at least 4 times [3]. This study provides new ideas for constructing single-layer two-dimensional nanosheets.
