稀土多酸杂化化合物的抗癌活性研究

【摘要】 近些年来,由于多酸本身很多优异的性质,使得多酸在抗癌药物方面的研究受到了广泛关注[1]。虽然一些无机的多酸阴离子例如,(NH4)17Na[NaSb9W21O86],[NH3Pri]6[Mo7O24],Na5[IMo6O24],K7[NiV13O38]已经被发现对各种癌细胞具有抑制活性,但是这些物种通常具有高的及长期毒性[2]。为此,将有机基团及稀土金属阳离子引入多酸体系,将可能提高多酸的抗癌活性及降低其毒性。本文合成了一例新颖的稀土离子与多钼酸盐形成的杂化化合物,该化合物对K562白血病细胞和MCF-7乳腺癌细胞具有较好的抑制活性。
【Abstract】 POMs as promising anticancer drug candidates have received much attention in the last decades. Although purely inorganic POMs, such as(NH4)17 Na[NaSb9 W21 O86], [NH3 Pri]6[Mo7 O24], Na5[IMo6 O24], K7[NiV13 O38], have excellent activity, most POMs suffer from high and long-term toxicity hindering their further clinical application. Thus, to reduce the POMs’ toxicity and increase their anticancer activity, the introduction of rare earth cations and organic ligands to the POM systems will be a good method. Herein, a novel hybrid compound based on rare earth cation and polyoxomolybdate has been synthesized, which shows interesting anticancer activity against human leukaemia cell(K562) and human breast cancer cell line(MCF-7).
