【摘要】 <正>In the fluorescence imaging and detection,undesired fluorescence interference(such as auto-fluorescence),that cannot be suppressed by increasing integration time in traditional fluorescence microscopy,often hampers the contrast of image and even prevents the identification of structures of interest.
