基于丝素蛋白保护的银纳米粒子聚集诱导荧光增强检测硫离子

【摘要】 聚集诱导荧光增强(AIEE)作为一种新型光学特性吸引了广大研究者的兴趣,聚集诱导性质对于制备高荧光强度的发光材料提供了建设性的思路,通过诱导分子聚集使其荧光增强,进一步应用于生物成像、生物传感及光电子等各个领域[1,2]。本文采用"一锅法"合成丝素蛋白(SF)保护的银纳米粒子(SF@AgNPs),基于硫离子能诱导银纳米粒子聚集导致其荧光增强来检测硫离子。随着硫离子的加入,SF@AgNPs-S2-体系荧光强度不断增强,最高增强至5倍;而其它阴离子会导致纳米粒子微弱的荧光猝灭,实验结果表明:SF@AgNPs对S2-有较好的选择性。以此,建立了一种高选择性高灵敏性检测硫离子的新方法。
【Abstract】 Aggregation induced emission enhancement (AIEE) as a novel optical property of nanoparticles has attracted the interest of researchers.It considered to be creative to improve the optical properties of NPs,which made it was tremendous used in bioimaging,biosensing and optoelectronic devices.Herein,a one-pot‘‘green’’synthesis of silk fibroin (SF)-stabilized AgNPs was applied to detect S2-basing on AgNPs the aggregation induced fluorescence emission enhancement by S2-.With the introduced of the S2-,about a 5-fold enhancement of fluorescent emission intensity was observed,whereas the fluorescence intensity of AgNPs was weekly quenched in the presence of other anions.It can be concluded that a method has been developed,which allowed highly sensitive and selective determination of S2-.
