北京室内灰尘中有机磷酸酯阻燃剂污染研究

【摘要】 随着多溴联苯醚类阻燃剂在世界范围逐步禁用,有机磷酸酯(OPEs)阻燃剂的生产与使用均将大幅增加。室内环境是有机磷酸酯阻燃剂污染使用的场所和人体暴露的主要区域,因此研究室内有机磷酸酯阻燃剂的污染状况与人体暴露具有重要的意义。采集了北京地区冬季和夏季的家居、宿舍和办公室灰尘样品。灰尘样品过不锈钢筛后,先用铝箔包裹,然后装入自封袋中,在-20℃冰箱中储存,并进一步使用LC-MS/MS联用仪对室内灰尘中OPEs进行定量分析。初步研究结果表明,家居、宿舍、办公室灰尘样品中14种有机磷酸酯阻燃剂总量(Σ14OPEs)的浓度范围分别为3.3-11.7、3.8-15.6和3.3-28.0μg/g。其中7种OPEs单体的检出率大于90%。14种OPEs的优势单体是含氯有机磷酸酯(Cl-OPEs:磷酸三(2-氯)乙酯(TCEP)、磷酸三(2-氯)丙酯(TCPP)和磷酸三(1,3-二氯异丙基)酯(TDCPP))。
【Abstract】 With the phase out of polybrominated diphenyl ethers flame retardants worldwide, the production and use of organophosphate esters(OPEs) as alternative flame retardants will increase significantly in recent years. Indoor environments are usually polluted heavily with OPEs and are important hotspots for the human exposure of OPEs. This study investigate the concentrations and congener patterns of OPES in indoor dust samples from residential homes, dormitories, and workplaces in Beijing, China. After sampling, the dust were wrapped in aluminum foil and stored in a refrigerator at-20 °C until analysis. Preliminary findings indicate that the sum of OPEs(Σ14 OPEs) ranged 3.3-11.7, 3.8-15.6, and 3.3-28.0 μg/g in indoor dust from residential homes, dormitories, and workplaces, respectively. Detection frequencies of 7 OPEs were greater than 90%. The concentration of OPEs was dominated by all the three chlorinated OPEs.
