酒店模式环境中有机磷酸酯阻燃剂的人体暴露特征研究
The human exposure characteristic of organophosphate flame retardant in the hotel environment

【摘要】 有机磷酸酯阻燃剂(Organophosphate flame retardant,PFRs)在各类室内环境中均被广泛检出并且对健康具有潜在危害,酒店作为公共建筑可能具有高的阻燃剂污染水平[1],酒店服务人员在日常工作中频繁接触酒店室内灰尘,可能比普通人群面临更大的健康风险隐患。本研究以酒店为模式环境分析PFRs的人体暴露特征。结果表明,在六种目标PFRs代谢产物中,磷酸二苯酯(Diphenylphosphate,DPHP)、磷酸二(1,3-二氯-2-丙基)酯(Bis(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate,BDCIPP)和磷酸邻二甲苯酯&磷酸对二甲苯酯在尿样中检出率均大于70%。班后尿中PFRs代谢产物的浓度高于晨尿,差异在BDCIPP和DPHP中具有统计学意义。手拭子样本(手部皮肤擦拭样本)中磷酸三(1,3-二氯-2-丙基)酯的浓度水平可以预测人体内暴露水平,并且这种相关关系同时在晨尿(p=0.01)和班后尿(p=0.002)中观察到。此外,高层酒店中受试者内暴露水平更高。综上,酒店环境作为客房服务人员的主要暴露环境,是这类人群PFRs人体内负荷的重要来源。
【Abstract】 As public spaces, the hotel environment must comply with stringent fire-precaution criteria, the extent of human exposure may increase as such. Herein, we investigated the emerging PFRs exposure characteristics of hotel room attendants by measuring urinary PFR metabolites and their parent compounds in paired dust and hand-wipes. Exposure to PFRs was found to be omnipresent: DPHP(diphenyl phosphate), BDCIPP(bis(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate), and DoCP(di-o-cresyl phosphate) & DpCP(di-p-cresyl phosphate) were with high detection frequency in urine samples(>70%). PFR metabolites in post-shift urine were present at higher levels than those in the first morning voids. A significant correlation of TDCIPP(tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate) in hand-wipes and BDCIPP was observed in both morning urine and post-shift urine. Moreover, participants from high-rise buildings had significantly higher exposure extent than those from low-rise buildings. Overall, these results indicate that PFRs exposure in hotels is a contributor to the personal exposure of hotel room attendants.
