【摘要】 <正>Carbon nanoparticles(carbon dots, CDs) exhibit tunable fluorescent emission property, chemical stability and favorable biocompatibility, and thus possess promising potentials in a wide range of application fields, including sensing, bio-imaging and drug delivery. In this respect, it is highly desired to regulate the properties of CDs, including their hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity, fluorescent behaviors, biocompatibility, and cell penetration capability.
