原位追踪细胞色素c在细胞应激反应中的动态表达

【摘要】 细胞色素c作为生命活动中的调控因子,在细胞凋亡过程中起到至关重要的作用。因此监测细胞色素c在应激响应的释放过程对研究细胞程序性死亡具有重要的意义。基于细胞色素c自身的电子传递优势,我们构筑了电荷转移效应的简单快速的细胞色素c的原位表面增强拉曼纳米传感器,同时可以实现细胞色素c在电刺激应激响应的可视化检测。通过调控电场强度实现了细胞色素c的智能释放和靶向捕获。在该研究中我们实现了监测细胞色素c的动态表达过程,并且追踪了不同细胞的释放量。该研究过程为未来研究细胞色素c相关的疾病提供了一个可靠的平台。
【Abstract】 Cytochrome C(cyt C) has played an important role to regulatelife activities and which also was treated as the mediators of apoptosis, so that monitoring of the cyt C releasing from the mitochondria to cytoplasm is significant of the cells with stress responses. Based on the advantage of electron transfer of cytochrome c, we have constructed a simple and fast in situ surface-enhanced Raman nanosensor for cyt C with the charge transfer effect. At the same time, we also obtained the visual cytochrome c imaging of cells induced electrical stimulation. The intelligent release of cytochrome c can be realized by regulating the electric field intensity and the cyt C was captured on the smart plasmonic nanoprobes. In this study, we monitored the dynamic expression of cytochrome c and tracked the release cyt C of different cells. This research process provides a reliable platform for the future study of cytochrome C-related diseases.
