多孔石墨烯的绿色合成及其应用于过氧化氢和2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸检测

【摘要】 本文采用柠檬酸钠为还原剂制备多孔石墨烯。过氧化氢酶固定在多孔石墨烯上修饰玻碳电极,对H2O2进行检测发现,线性范围为1.0×10-7~7.7×10-6 M,检出限为83 nM.基于2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)对过氧化氢酶活性抑制用于2,4-D的研究,结果表明线性范围为2.4×10-9~3.6×10-7M,检出限为1.5 nM,抑制常数为6.50×10-8M,成功用于豆芽菜中2,4-D的检测。

【Abstract】 This work reported a facile and green method to prepare porous graphene (PGR) based on sodium citrate.A novel H2O2 biosensor was constructed by immobilizing catalase on the PGR.The biosensor shows a linear range from 1.0×10-7~7.7×10-6 M with a low detection limit of 83 nM for H2O2.In addition,the biosensor was also carried to measure 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) based on the inhibition effect of 2,4-D to the activity of the immobilized catalase.The inhibition ratio was linearly proportional to the concentration of 2,4-D in the range of 2.4×10-9~3.6×10-7M,The detection limit was down to 1.5 nM.The inhibition constants (Ki) was calculated to be 6.50×10-8M.The results of detecting 2,4-D in bean sprouts were satisfactory.
