BiOCl纳米片的水热合成和光催化性能
BiOCl nanochips as a photocatalyst for highly efficient removal of Rhodamine B

【摘要】 二维层状化合物BiOCl,是一种绿色无毒的半导体,Bi与O之间以化学键结合,而Cl原子之间则靠范德华力连接,使其具有高度的各向异性。其组分元素储量丰富,化学、物理性质稳定,且具有良好的光催化性能。本文采用简单的水热合成方法,合成了BiOCl纳米片,主要探究了原料的配比和氯盐的种类对BiOCl结构和形貌的影响,研究表明在水热合成中,二者对BiOCl的形貌和光催化性能有重要影响,并发现其对罗丹明B具有优异的光降解性能。具有最佳催化性能的BOC-1,在可见光下照射10分钟,可使罗丹明B溶液完全降解,与现有文献相比,降解速率有明显提高。
【Abstract】 Bismuth oxychloride(BiOCl), two-dimensional layered material, is a environmentally semiconductor.Bi and O bond with covalent bond, but the adjacent Cl atomic are hold together by weak Vander Waals forces.This structure is proposed to enable high anisotropic, leading to high photocatalysis. In this paper, BiOCl nanosheets were synthesized by a typical hydrothermal synthesis method. We investigate the proportioning of raw material and the Chloride species on the formation of BiOCl nanochips. The results show that the synthesis condition have an important effect on the morphology and the catalytic ability of Rhb degradation. The BOC-1 with the best catalytic performance can degrade the Rhb solution completely under visible light irradiation for 10 min. Compared with the existing reference, the degradation performance is outstanding.
