HCl体系中Cu-MOF对碳钢的缓蚀行为及协同效应的研究

【摘要】 金属有机骨架材料是一种新型的有机-无机杂化多孔材料,在金属腐蚀防护领域具有良好的应用前景。本文通过溶剂热法,以4,4-联吡啶作为连接体、三水合硝酸铜为中心金属离子配体,5-甲基噻吩-2-羧酸为有机配体反应合成了一种Cu-MOF。通过失重实验、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等方法测试了Cu-MOF在HCl介质中对碳钢的缓蚀性能,并评价了Cu-MOF与硫脲、六亚甲基四胺之间的协同作用。实验结果表明,Cu-MOF可以显著降低碳钢在HCl介质中的腐蚀速率,当Cu-MOF浓度为50mg/L时缓蚀效率达到82.4%。Cu-MOF吸附在碳钢表面形成保护膜,从而抑制腐蚀。同时Cu-MOF与硫脲、六亚甲基四胺之间都有很好的协同作用。

【Abstract】 Metal organic framework material is a new type of organic-inorganic hybrid porous material,which has good application prospects in the field of corrosion protection.Cu-based metal–organic framework materials(Cu-MOF) were synthesized by reacting copper nitrate trihydrate with 5-methyl-2-thiophenecarboxylic acid in the presence of 4,4-bipyridyl via the solvothermal method.The corrosion inhibition performance of Cu-MOF on carbon steel in HCl medium was tested by weight loss experiment,potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,and the synergistic effect between Cu-MOF,thiourea and hexamethylenetetramine was also evaluated.The experimental results show that Cu-MOF can significantly reduce the corrosion rate of carbon steel in HCl medium,and the corrosion inhibition efficiency reaches 82.4% when the Cu-MOF concentration is 50 mg/L.Cu-MOF can adsorb and form a protective film on the surface of carbon steel,thereby inhibiting corrosion.What’s more,Cu-MOF has a good synergistic effect with thiourea and hexamethylenetetramine.
