轻合金锆基转化膜的设计及性能研究

【摘要】 锆基转化膜是镁合金和铝合金无铬化学转化的重要代表性技术,已达到工业化应用的水平。本文通过对传统锆基转化膜成膜机理的分析,提出了提升锆基转化膜性能的设计理念,并分别在AZ91D镁合金和5083铝合金上进行了实践,显著提升了合金基体的耐腐蚀性能及其与有机涂层的附着性能。通过解析影响锆基转化膜的关键因素,指出了当前锆基转化膜研究的不足及其未来的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Zirconium-based conversion coating(ZrCC) is important and representative chromium-free surface modified technology for magnesium and aluminium alloys. ZrCC has reached the maturity of final commercial utilization in industry. The design concept to improve the performance of Zr CC was proposed based on the deposition mechanism analysis of conventional Zr CC in this paper. Moreover, the design concept was applied on the AZ91D magnesium alloy and 5083 aluminium alloy. The results indicated that both corrosion resistance of the substrates and the adhesion property with organic coating were significantly improved. Finally, the effects factors for Zr CC were summarized and the future development was expected.
